MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Superior Life Nation ("SLN," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing, activating, or participating in any SLN membership, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. MEMBERSHIP TIERS

ELITE MEMBERSHIP

Annual Membership Fee: $1,999.99 per year

Elite Members receive:

• Full access to the Rich Society Hive Portal

• Access to all 12 SLN eBooks immediately upon enrollment:

  • Better Moves – Getting Approved

  • The Hustler's Guide to A1 Credit

• Affiliate Program

• Tradeline Resources

• Business Funding Resources

• One (1) One-Hour Coaching Session

• One (1) One-Hour Youth Mentoring Session

Coaching and mentoring sessions must be scheduled during the active membership period and do not carry over after membership expiration.

VIP MEMBERSHIP

Monthly Membership Fee: $19.99 per month

VIP Members receive:

• Full access to the Rich Society Hive Portal

• Full access to the Superior Knowledge Video Center

• Rich Society Newsletter

• Affiliate Program

• Tradeline Resources

• Business Funding Resources

• Superior Life Playbook

• Access to one (1) eBook per month for twelve (12) months, distributed according to the SLN curriculum schedule

VIP Membership does not include coaching sessions or youth mentoring sessions.

PIVOT MEMBERSHIP

Monthly Membership Fee: $9.99 per month

Pivot Membership is available at no charge to individuals currently receiving government assistance. To qualify, applicants must provide proof of eligibility by email. SLN reserves the right to verify documentation and approve or deny eligibility.

Pivot Members receive:

• Partial access to the Rich Society Hive Portal

• Rich Society Newsletter

• Access to the following three (3) eBooks:

  • Secret Keys to Success

  • Superior CEO Business Startup Guide

  • How to Remove Collections

Pivot Membership does not include coaching, mentoring, affiliate commissions, or full Hive access.

2. AFFILIATE PROGRAM

Approved SLN Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions on qualifying membership sales.

Commission Structure:

• 33% commission on Elite Membership sales

• 33% commission on VIP Membership sales

Commissions are paid only on verified, completed, and non-fraudulent transactions.

SLN reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or deny commissions resulting from:

• Chargebacks

• Fraudulent activity

• Self-referrals

• Misrepresentation of SLN products or services

• Violations of affiliate policies

Additional affiliate guidelines may be provided separately and incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.

3. MEMBER SERVICES

SLN offers various educational and support programs, including:

• Foreclosure Assistance

• Business Consulting

• Youth Mentoring

• Group Home Placement Programs

• Financial Education Resources

• Business Funding Education

Participation in these programs may require additional applications, fees, qualifications, or agreements.

Membership does not guarantee acceptance into any specific program or service.

4. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

All SLN materials, eBooks, coaching sessions, videos, mentoring programs, and resources are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

SLN does not provide:

• Legal advice

• Financial advice

• Tax advice

• Medical advice

• Mental health counseling

Members should consult licensed professionals before making legal, financial, medical, or business decisions.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All SLN content, including but not limited to:

• eBooks

• Videos

• Coaching materials

• Training resources

• Portal content

• Marketing materials

remain the exclusive property of Superior Life Nation.

Members may not:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Resell

• Distribute

• Share login credentials

• Upload materials to third-party platforms

without written permission from SLN.

Violation may result in immediate termination of membership and legal action.

6. AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

All memberships automatically renew unless canceled.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize SLN to charge the payment method on file for future renewal periods.

Renewal schedules:

• Elite: Annually

• VIP: Monthly

• Pivot: Monthly

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

Members may cancel at any time by emailing:

support@superiorlifenation.com

Cancellation requests should be submitted at least three (3) business days before the next billing date to avoid renewal charges.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide refunds for previous payments.

8. NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

SLN maintains a strict no-refund policy due to the immediate delivery of digital content, educational resources, portal access, and membership benefits.

Refunds will not be issued for:

1. Failure to use membership benefits.

2. Failure to access content after purchase.

3. Change of mind or financial circumstances.

4. Cancellation after a billing cycle has begun.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

9. MEMBER CONDUCT

Members agree to:

• Treat other members respectfully.

• Avoid harassment, threats, discrimination, or abusive behavior.

• Refrain from sharing confidential community information.

• Follow all applicable laws while participating in SLN activities.

SLN reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for conduct deemed harmful to the community.

No refunds will be provided for terminated memberships.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SLN makes no guarantees regarding:

• Financial success

• Credit improvement

• Business funding approvals

• Business success

• Personal development outcomes

Individual results vary based on effort, circumstances, and numerous factors beyond SLN's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SLN shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in any SLN program, membership, or service.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

SLN reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on official SLN platforms. Continued membership and participation constitute acceptance of any revised terms.

12. EARNINGS AND RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Superior Life Nation ("SLN") provides educational resources, coaching, mentoring, business training, financial literacy materials, affiliate opportunities, and access to third-party resources. While we strive to provide valuable information and support, we make no guarantees regarding any specific results.

Individual success depends on numerous factors including, but not limited to:

• Personal effort

• Work ethic

• Experience

• Skill level

• Financial circumstances

• Market conditions

• Business decisions

• Credit history

• Compliance with lender requirements

Any examples of income, business growth, funding approvals, credit improvements, lifestyle changes, or personal success stories shared by SLN, its affiliates, members, or representatives are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be considered typical, expected, or guaranteed results.

Participation in SLN programs, coaching sessions, mentoring services, educational materials, affiliate opportunities, accountability groups, or business resources does not guarantee:

• Income generation

• Business success

• Credit score increases

• Funding approvals

• Financial gains

• Employment opportunities

• Personal development outcomes

Members acknowledge that all decisions and actions taken based on information provided by SLN are made voluntarily and at their own discretion.

SLN is not responsible for any losses, damages, business failures, financial setbacks, credit decisions, lending decisions, or other outcomes resulting from the use of its products, services, resources, recommendations, or educational content.

By purchasing a membership or participating in any SLN program, members acknowledge that they understand and accept that results vary and that no representations or guarantees of earnings, success, or financial outcomes have been made.
