Article 1: General
By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Site or to products and services available through the Site or from Superior Life Nation.
Accessing the Site, in any manner, whether automated or otherwise, constitutes use of the Site and your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Article 1a: Age limit
Age restrictions apply: Superior Life Nation does not permit those under 18 to use our service without an adult.
Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be deleted from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention.
Article 2: Placing Order
By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

SLN offers access to a wide range of programs and services to help you live your best life. These services include; foreclosure assistance, group homes, consulting & youth mentoring.

Payment Choices: Members can choose from six membership levels. SLN offers (1) annual payment option and (2) monthly payment options . The three payment choices are as follows:
First Class "Jet Life": $99.99 a year Full access to ALL benefits
Executive: $19.99 a month Access to select benefits.
Pivot: $9.99 a month Access to basic benefits.
Article 4: Startup Gifts
As a token of appreciation for becoming a member, you will receive these following gifts we call "Superior Experiences" based on the membership option chosen:
Superior Experience is only available to members who opt for First Class membership.

Receive a Vacation Voucher for becoming a SLN member
Receive a Vacation Voucher (4 day 3 nights) for becoming a Rich Society Group Host in your city. (Only 1 vacation voucher a year, if you received a vacation voucher at signup you’ll get a Hotel Savings card. ($400 value).
Receive a Vacation Voucher ($2,000 value) when you purchase a Life Insurance policy.
Receive a Vacation Voucher ($2,000 value) when completing 1 year of our Better Moves Sober Living program.
Receive a Vacation Voucher ($2,000 value) when you sell SLN your property.
Receive a Vacation Voucher ($2,000 value) when you upload a 3-5 min video speaking on the benefits of a SLN Membership. Post must tag us.
Receive a Hotel Savings Card for becoming a SLN member
Receive a Hotel Savings Card ($300 value) for spending over $100 on all SLN products.
Receive a Hotel Savings Card ($300 value) when you upload a 1-3 min video speaking on the benefits of a SLN membership. Post must tag us.
Receive a Dining Voucher for becoming a SLN member
Receive a Dining Voucher ($300 value) when you sign up for Credit Repair.
Receive a Dining Voucher ($200 value) when you post any respectable picture on any social media account wearing or showing SLN gear. Or upload a 1 min video speaking on the benefits of a SLN Membership. Post must tag us.
Receive a Dining Voucher ($200 value) when making a donation to the "Everyone Eats" community outreach program.
Article 5: Membership Renewal
Memberships will be automatically renewed at the end of the annual or monthly term, or based on the chosen payment option, unless the member notifies the company in writing or email at least 30 days before the renewal date.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or any other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
Article 6: Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, this includes pre-order products.
Payment can be made through any payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.
Article 6: Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you specified when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially the postal code).
The risks will be your responsibility from the date on which the ordered products have left our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do everything necessary so that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your warranty.
Article 7: Cancellation and Refund Policy
7: Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify the company in writing. Cancellation requests will be processed as per the terms of the chosen payment option:
a) Cancellation: Cancellation requests are NOT eligible for refund. If payment is received the gift is being prepared for delivery. Each member either joined with a vacation gift, hotel savings gift or a dining savings card, the member has 14 days to “activate” the gift via email. Once activated you have a year to use it.
7.2. Forfeiture of Startup Gift: If a member cancels their membership, any startup gift received will be forfeited.
By signing up as a member with Superior Life Nation you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Superior Life Nation.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
Article 7: Changes to these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
